Solution
Delayed loading of scripts, including Google Tag and Analytics, is organized

Optimized fonts. Instead of 106 font downloads from Google, I organized the download of 5 basic scripts from CDN

Server features did not allow creating critical CSS and deleting Unused CSS. I solved this problem in semi-automatic mode, reduced the style file by 1 MB (now its size is about 50 Kb)

Some scripts had to load without delay. I created exceptions for them.

The CLS problem has been solved. The site has become consistent with Google Core Web Vitals.

For a number of tasks, the WP Rocket plugin was used in conjunction with Varnish from Cloudways and CDN.
